This article from the November 2005 issue of Wired Magazine was really interesting. I have tried Absinthe in the past but it has been a couple years and if I remember correctly I wasn’t a big fan of it. Reading this of course piqued my interest again, so I’d like to give it another shot.
It’s also something I know IDR would be interested in! 😉
