Ranting and Raving

I have thought of buying a home for sometime now and I think I found the right one finally.

It’s a bit of a “fixer upper” but mostly just electrical and sewage/water. Reasonable work for the price they are asking in my opinion. Lot’s of build out space and land. Tell me what you think in the comments section.

I think I should move quickly though, because I am pretty sure some other folks are looking at the property as well.
