Comments Part Duex


Thanks to DJ for giving me a clear and concise explanation of the problem as opposed to a “UR COMMENTZ R TEH SUXXOR” that I have been getting. Being the admin of this site, I do not see the Captchas as you guys do so I didn’t know what the problem was. After DJ left his comment I went to a computer that has never been to this site and took a look at the captchas. They worked too well it seems, as they appeared almost entirely illegible most of the time. I now know what you folks have been complaining about.

I have implemented and tested a different plugin called Cryptographp and it looks a lot easier to use. It also works as it is supposed to.

I do appreciate the feedback, and as you can see I will make things better if you explain to me why they need to be.

    Still a little unclear… is it a slanted 0 (zero) or the letter o. I gave up on them, and enabled akismet (free wordpress api account needed), and bad behavior, and all is well.

    Saying that, I never really got much spam on mine anyway. Akismet has killed about 384 spams since I enabled it. The great thing is not having to moderate them yourself 😉

    I am testing that out now actually. However, one must remember to take out all the code from the other plugin before disabling it!

    In an attempt to make myself really unpopular I have never really had too much problem.

    Aggrevation arrives when one sees for example a W vs. a w…as the test string gets bigger and smaller as it swirls up around I have on occasion had to try and follow the “force” as to where the string swirl was getting at.

    The failures I did havejust gave me the cahnve to stop and think about what I was writing…that perhaps today was not the right day to tell my Pooh Bear of my plans for us.
