As I walked to the dry cleaners this morning, I had the clarity in my mind to see what needed to be done to move forward. Or as I thought, things to do to move forward. And now, as I sit here working, I am foggy headed again.
I was able to follow through on some of the ideas, but other ides, those that I saw and felt with unshakable certainty, are once again clouded in doubt.
Seriously, WTF is wrong with me?

Walking or physical activity in general brings more oxygen and blood to the brain. It helps you think better.

I went for 2 walks actually. Helped a little…not much

Throw away comment coming up from someone who has wondered along those lines.
Instead of asking what is wrong with you, ask yourself why you asked yourself what is wrong.

Is there something specific you’d like to change? job? attitude? life plan? Generally, people don’t change unless some intense situation or stimulus pushes them.

Unfortunately no. I need to change all things and have some meaning put back into my life. I have been adrift, for lack of a better word, for too long.

Changing the status quo is difficult until you realize that the status quo will always be the status quo… until you change it.
